Human Resources Policy
The basis of the personnel policy of our plant is the synergy of many years of professional experience of the old-timers of production and progressive knowledge, dedication, and activity of young specialists. MMK-Lysva Metallurgical Plant actively cooperates with higher and secondary educational institutions of Lysva and the Perm region in order to train highly qualified specialists for their industries. We are interested in increasing the number of well-trained graduates, including in partnership with the best Russian educational institutions, and retaining the best of them in our company. MMK-LMZ provides students of higher and special educational institutions with the opportunity to have an internship, thereby getting a unique chance to see the production process with their own eyes and become part of a large mechanism.
Social politics
MMK-Lysva Metallurgical Plant is a socially oriented company that constantly implements a set of social measures aimed at improving the quality of life of both its employees and residents of Lysva. The social support system of our company is built in such a way as to reduce the possible risks associated with the morbidity of employees, provide comfortable working conditions, support production veterans, ensure maximum involvement of employees and their families in sports and cultural events of urban and regional scales, create a favorable psychological climate in teams, and enable our employees to use social guarantees as a tool to maintain, develop, and improve their own spirit. By financing social events, we strive to provide the most reliable basis for the further development of the plant and the town.
